CRANE is directed and choreographed by Artistic Director Amy Leona Havin in collaboration with the dancers of The Holding Project. There will be an open post-performance talk back with the dancers on Friday, May 18th.

Mark Morris, hailed as “the most influential choreographer alive and indisputably the most musical” (The New York Times), returns to White Bird with a new evening-length work Pepperland,celebrating the 50th anniversary of The Beatles’ landmark Sgt Pepper’s Lonely Hearts Club Band. Created at the request of the City of Liverpool as part of the city’s season-long tribute to the groundbreaking album, Pepperland will feature an original score by Ethan Iverson inspired by the album’s unforgettable songs.
